Josh O’Brien was born and raised in NW Calgary, which provides him with a deep connection with the city and the community.  After High School, Josh was recruited to play University and Professional Soccer in Chicago, IL.  After many years of living in the USA, he returned to Alberta to work in the Oil and Gas industry. He then moved with his family to Whitehorse, Yukon to work as as a Carpenter for PCL Construction on a 5 year Commercial Project. When it was completed he was recruited to join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and was posted to Okotoks/High River/Diamond Valley Detachments, where he served four years as a Police Officer before transitioning into Real Estate Full-Time. 

Today, Josh is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Real Broker, proudly serving Calgary and the surrounding areas. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Residential, Luxury, Condominium, Agribusiness, and Commercial properties. As a former RCMP officer and Red Seal Carpenter, Josh brings strong negotiation skills, construction expertise, and real-world experience to every transaction. His unique background allows him to give clients valuable insight into property value, condition, and opportunity, helping them make confident and informed real estate decisions.
