Josh O’Brien was born and raised in Calgary, which provides him with a deep connection with the city and the community.  After High School, Josh was recruited to play University and Professional Soccer in Chicago, IL.  After a few seasons he returned to Alberta to work in the Oil and Gas Industry. He then moved with his family to Whitehorse, Yukon to work as as a Carpenter for PCL Construction on a 5 year Commercial Project. When it was completed he was recruited to join the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and was posted to Okotoks/High River/Diamond Valley Detachments, where he served four years as a Police Officer before transitioning into Real Estate Full-Time. 

Today, Josh is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with Real Broker, proudly serving Calgary and the surrounding areas. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors across Residential, Luxury, Condominium, Agribusiness, and Commercial properties. As a former RCMP officer and Red Seal Carpenter, Josh brings strong negotiation skills, construction expertise, and real-world experience to every transaction. His unique background allows him to give clients valuable insight into property value, condition, and opportunity, helping them make confident and informed real estate decisions.
